Foreign investors bought $36.8 million worth of shares last week.
Weekly Securities Statistics were published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT).
Accordingly, non-residents purchased net $36.8 million of stocks, $13.5 million of Government Domestic Debt Securities (GDDS) and $1.1 million of Company Debt Securities (CDS) in the week of February 9.
Thus, in the last 5 weeks, foreigners purchased net $535.2 million of stocks and $332.4 million of government securities.
The stock of non-residents, which was $33 billion 866.8 million as of February 2, increased to $34 billion 804.4 million as of February 9.
In the same period, GDDS stocks of people residing abroad decreased from $2 billion 767.8 million to $2 billion 766.7 million, while GDS stocks increased from $92 million to 92.4 million.
