Elbistan Mayor: Elbistan will become a textile base that exports textiles to the world

Kahramanmaras’s Elbistan Mayor Mehmet Gurbuz announced that the first textile factory of the district will be opened. Gurbuz stated that their attempts to end unemployment started to bear fruit, and said about the textile factory where a thousand people will be employed, “Thanks to this investment, Elbistan, which did not have a textile factory before, will become a base that exports textiles not only to the domestic market but also to the world. Good luck to our country.”

Kahramanmaras’s Elbistan Mayor Mehmet Gurbuz said that the first textile factory of the district will be opened. “Good news from us!” he announced on social media.

Gurbuz, on his social media account, said, “Our initiatives to end unemployment are bearing fruit. It will provide employment to 1000 people, be established on an area of 26 thousand m², make Elbistan a base that exports textiles to the world, the first textile factory of Elbistan will be opened very soon.”

Gurbuz continued his words as follows: “Since it is the first textile factory here, training bands that will train 300 people in the first place in order to meet the need for trained personnel are established at the beginning of May. At the end of 8 months, the factory that will employ 1000 people will be put into service. Thanks to this investment, Elbistan, which did not have a textile factory before, will become a base that exports textiles not only to the domestic market but also to the world.
