Tram sets produced in Ankara Sincan with 100% Turkish engineering and advanced domestic technology set out for Romania yesterday. At the first stage, 21 of the nature-friendly domestic trams developed by Bozankaya will be delivered to Romania’s Temesvar and 16 to Yas. With exports, approximately €115 million of foreign currency inflow will be provided to Turkey. Aytunc Gunay, Chairman of the Board of Bozankaya, said, “We have a tram that reaches 63 kilometers with the batteries we use. This is a first in the world.”
