Turkiye’s central government budget revenues were ₺483 billion 842 million and expenses were ₺692 billion 807 million in March.
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance announced the budget implementation results for March.
Accordingly, in March, budget revenues increased by 68.7% compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching ₺483 billion 842 million, and budget expenses increased by 107.4%, reaching ₺692 billion 807 million.
In the January-March period, budget revenues increased by 106% compared to the same period last year and reached ₺1 trillion 637 billion 198 million. Budget expenditures increased by 105.9% in the same period, reaching ₺2 trillion 150 billion 680 million.
Thus, there was a deficit of ₺208 billion 965 million in the central government budget in March and a deficit of ₺513 billion 482 million in the January-March period.
