While the board memberships of Bulent Denkdemir and Taha Yasin Ozturk at Turkey’s Automobile Initiative Group Industry and Trade Inc. (TOGG) were terminated, Fuat Tosyali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tosyali Holding, and Murat Yalcintas, CEO of BMC, were appointed.
It was seen that changes were made in the board of directors chart on TOGG’s official website. Accordingly, the names of Tosyali and Yalcintas took part in the TOGG Board of Directors, replacing Denkdemir and Ozturk.
On the other hand, it was learned that the said change took place as a result of Tosyali Holding’s acquisition of some of BMC’s shares.
