Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye’s reserves became $98.7 billion

The total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye were $98 billion 651 million in the week of July 8.

Weekly Money and Bank Statistics have been published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT).

Accordingly, as of July 8, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by $922 million to $58 billion 867 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $59 billion 789 million on 1 July.

In the said period, gold reserves decreased by $1 billion 370 million from $41 billion 154 million to $39 billion 784 million.

Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased by $2 billion 291 million in the week of July 8 compared to the previous week, from $100 billion 942 million to $98 billion 651 million.
