In Borsa Istanbul, the BIST 100 index gained 0.44%, bringing the closing record to 1,615.64 points and the highest level record to 1,631.45 points.
While the BIST 100 index increased by 7.10 points compared to the previous close, the total transaction volume stood at ₺34.6 billion.
While the banking index lost 0.90%, the holding index gained 0.99%. Among the sector indices, sports with 4.67% earned the most, and financial leasing and factoring, which declined the most, with 2.27%.

Analysts stated that on the data agenda, labor force statistics and foreign trade indices in the country, inflation in China, the USA and Germany, and weekly unemployment applications in the USA will come to the fore. Technically speaking, analysts reported that 1.640 level is in the resistance position and 1.570 points are in the support position in the BIST 100 index.
