Oguzhan Ozkan, the manager of the firm stated that they started producing bags at the beginning of the year and now cooperating with world brands. He said:
‘’We want to represent Turkey not only Merfizon. We aim at producing 25 thousand bags daily with 600 personnel in 3 years. Our vision is benefitting from latest technological innovations and thus producing world-standard bags; our mission is being a pioneer in the sector. We have many other manufacturing projects such as; machine park, folding chair, kit bag, tent, gloves, suitcase and heavy bags.
We are aiming at participating in national and international expos in 3 years with Ideall Bags’s brand Unistarbag. Our biggest reference is Decathlon which is a compeller brand regarding social compliance and quality control. Our first shipment was delivered to Decathlon in February; we will make our second shipment at the end of this month and start serial production after October. We also signed a contract with Faber Castell; our cooperation includes pencil case productions. ‘’
Ozhan emphasized that they want to maintain the customer satisfaction and finished his words:
‘’ We took our measures and did not pause the production during the pandemic period. We produced free masks and coordinated with our governorship so that we can meet the mask need of Amasya and nearby cities. We continue our meetings with Ministry of Defence in order to meet the bag need of Turkish Armed Forces. We also contacted with Adidas and lastly, sent 1 million 500 aprons to England Liverpool University Hospital last month. ‘’
