“Atasehir Modern”, the real estate project built in Atasehir, Istanbul with the assurance of the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF), was promoted at a press conference attended by the President of the SDIF, Muhiddin Gulal.
Realized with the slogan “The New Focal Point of the City: Atasehir Modern”, the project, which consists of 979 residences and 44 commercial units, was offered for sale with different apartment options, an average of ₺15 thousand per square meter, an interest rate of 0.99, maturity up to 120 months and a 10% discount for the launch.
Speaking at the meeting held at Atasehir Modern Sales Office, Gulal said, “In the Atasehir Modern project, where we expect a minimum revenue of ₺2.7 billion, we will transfer a resource of approximately ₺1.2 billion to the Treasury after deducting the costs to be made.”
Stating that with the project, a case that the SDIF has been following for many years will be closed, Gulal said:

Expressing that they want to show the power of the Turkish economy while bringing the citizens together with the assurance of the SDIF with the project they put forward in a process where the effect of the global epidemic continues, Gulal said, “In the Atasehir Modern project, which we built on a land with an acquisition value of ₺435 million and we expect a minimum revenue of ₺2.7 billion, we will transfer a resource of approximately ₺1.2 billion to the Treasury after deducting the expenses to be made.
