Otokar exports 30 buses to Georgia

Otokar Commercial Vehicles Public Sales Director Mahir Ozseker said, “We brought a new breath to Georgia public transportation with the buses we delivered last year, our vehicles continue to serve successfully in the fleets of 6 municipalities.”

Otokar delivered the vehicles in a short time after winning the tender for 30 buses opened by the Georgian Ministry of Interior.

As a result of the transformation efforts initiated to meet the increasing public transportation needs of Georgia, Otokar signed an export agreement for 175 buses in 2020, and managed to increase its vehicle park to over 200 in 2 years. Otokar Kent and Sultan model buses are currently used by 6 different municipalities in Georgia. 30 Doruk model buses delivered within the scope of the new tender will carry the personnel of the Georgian Ministry of Interior.
