Turkish Airlines (THY) offered free returns and exchanges to university students with tickets.
The following statements were included in the statement made on THY’s social media accounts:
“Attention to our university students: Free change and refund rights have been defined for your flights taken before 11 February and until 30 June. You can complete your transactions by choosing ‘other/student requests’ and filling out the form on the THY website until March 31st, together with your student document.”
