Istanbul Airport was determined as the busiest airport in Europe with an average of 1412 flights per day between 1-7 April.
The “European Aviation Report” of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) for the period 1-7 April has been published.
In the report, Istanbul Airport ranked first among the busiest airports in Europe with an average of 1412 flights per day during this period.
Istanbul Airport was followed by Amsterdam Schiphol with 1326 flights per day, and London Heathrow airports with 1293 flights.
