5 districts with the highest rental prices in Istanbul

The 5 districts in Istanbul where rental prices have increased the most in the last 1 year have been determined.

According to the data published by Endeksa, which offers real estate value, location data analysis and predictions, there has been an increase of 10.81% in the last year in Istanbul’s house rents.

According to the data showing the average rental price of housing square meters in Istanbul as ₺17, the average rental price is ₺1,667.

HIGHEST VALUE INCREASE IN BAYRAMPASA

According to the data of Endeksa, among the districts with the highest increase in value for the last year are Bayrampasa, Beylikduzu, Sile, Basaksehir and Esenyurt.

Housing rents in Bayrampasa rose 24% in the last year, 21% in Beylikduzu, 20% in Sile, 20% in Basaksehir and 18% in Esenyurt. The districts with the highest square meter rental rates in Istanbul are respectively Sariyer, Besiktas, Bakirkoy, Beyoglu, Kadikoy and Sisli.
