Pressing the button for the housing investment, Ascioglu chose Bahcesehir and Ispartakule as the new address.
The value of the 2 projects was announced as ₺5 billion. Stating that the demand for housing is lively, Ascioglu Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Irfan Ascioglu said, “Besides these 2 projects, we are also looking for new investments. We trust Turkiye and the sector. We will not give up on investment.”
Ascioglu said: “We will develop a project in Ispartakule, which will have residential and commercial areas, with balconies, large terraces, gardens and flats of different sizes, with a lake view.”
