₺200 million feed investment for Proyem Polatli Feed Factory

The opening of Proyem Polatli Feed Factory, which has the capacity to produce 2,400 tons of feed per day, was held with the participation of Mustafa Varank, Minister of Industry and Technology, and Bekir Pakdemirli, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry. Speaking at the opening ceremony for Proyem’s new feed factory held in the Polatli Organized Industrial Zone, Minister Varank reminded that Proyem has recently laid the foundation of its factory in Diyarbakir and that when that investment is completed, it will be the largest feed factory in the country. Varank said, “Cattle and poultry feed will be produced in this factory in Polatli, which was established with an investment of ₺200 million.” Minister Pakdemirli said, “This investment, which will create a large number of employment, will make a great contribution to the agriculture and forestry sector.” Operating under Matli Holding, Proyem Polatli Feed Factory is built on an area of 38 thousand square meters. The facility consists of raw material receiving lines, vertical silos, horizontal warehouses and vertical product silos. All processes are controlled by automation in the factory, which has the capacity to produce 2,400 tons of feed per day.
