SINPAS REIT entered 2022 with new projects. Introducing Koru Aura, the company shared the last five-year rate of return of Sinpas homeowners with the campaign “Sinpas residents earn more than dollars”. The project, which is expected to earn ₺2.2 billion, is the first private life project designed by taking into account the changing housing demands with the pandemic. Ahmet Celik, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinpas GYO, said that they will start the sales of 7 new projects in 2022, including Koru Pasakoy Villa, Kurtkoy Commercial and 360 residence Boulevard Cankaya in Ankara, Koru Aura, Flatofis Finans Sehir, Boulevard Finanssehir, Boulevard Sefakoy in Sefakoy, Metrolife Premium in Sancaktepe.
